Accredited support your students will love!

Creative Hub is a unique, relaxed environment for students to develop their passions and raise their aspirations. Teachers have an incredibly challenging role. Each student comes with their own learning style, skill gaps, and emotional needs. A students unique and sometimes complex personal life often impacts their academic life, and in turn, the classroom. Try as we might, teachers cannot be all things to all students. Creative Hub is here to help students and teachers to be the best they can be.

Creative Hub isn’t for everyone. We’re here for daydreamers, doodlers, and chatterboxes. We’re here for the musical, the artistic, and the inventive. Our student led approach helps young innovators to channel these difficult to harness qualities into productive and positive outcomes. We have created a unique environment which gives students the freedom and support they need to explore their potential.

Over the last five years, we have found that just a day or two a week working with us can give a young person a new perspective on education, a new appreciation for their teachers, and a renewed passion for personal achievement. The benefits don’t end with the student. Parents and teachers report improved behaviour and mood at home and in school. Schools report increased engagement in school, and improved results in class. Parents, teachers, and students all report better relationships.

A typical day

Our day runs from 09:30 to 14:30. Our team and students start the day together, usually with a hot drink and an informal catch up. Our mentors review progress with the students, and the students set out their objectives for the day. We share ideas, feelings, news, and discoveries which may help our projects. Students can choose to get to work on their portfolios or attend one of our workshops delivered by our team or a visiting artist. Workshops range from practical arts and music based skills to vision planning, learning styles, and time management. At lunch we take a walk together to a nearby hot food van, chat, laugh, and get to know each other. In the afternoon we record, and review our work in individual blogs, add to our portfolios, and make plans for our next session. A typical day is relaxed, productive, and fun.
